Below you find a general explanation of the various stages and several presentations of innovative packaging concepts.
Martin Vandenberg has been working since 1997 in close collaboration with ECOBLISS®, a leading producer of visibility packaging in the south of Holland and recently freelance in the function Support & Development High Visibility Packaging Concepts. - m.vandenberg@ecobliss.com
Often the origin of the invented visibility packaging concepts and presentations are coming from the working studio of VANDENBERG UNITED COLOURS in Oud-Beijerland, the ECOBLISS®Branch Office.
From there, further support will be granted to different customers using unique packaging produced by ECOBLISS®.
Requests for quotations and production orders for packaging will be further processed by me inside ECOBLISS® while engineering designs and other preparations can be performed by us inside VANDENBERG UNITED COLOURS.

Through a structured meeting we gather as much information as possible. Only then can be started with an initial design and later plotting packaging
models.
A small number of areas to discuss are:
Technical drawings of packaging geometries we mostly create in ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR or a CAD program.
After discussing the graphic design details and necessary elements we start with the layout design of the packaging. All the parameters and requirements for the printing of the package will be, at this stage already often been observed.
Unprinted models suffice though in a first stage. In the next phase, a more complete picture is formed by depositing on printed models with a first graphic design. What should be collected where in sight, all possible design elements are discussed and collected. Background, barcode, icons, instructions, use, composition, font choices, etc.
After an initial presentation and various tests we often customize shape or technical details of your package. New models are created and reassessed.
The certified color proofing and digital cut models are again checked and then approved by you before passage to production.
The tooling for the production can be prepared after approval of the physical prototypes. Often die-cut knifes with discharge tool.
Offset printing, bonding and die-cut processes are planned and deployed. Quality is assessed on the basis of certified colour proofs and cut prototypes. Where necessary, even adjusted within tolerance.
At an early stage we advise you about our different packaging options for how we can fix your articles in the delivered packages.
We have partly manual or fully automatic solutions depending on the quantities to be processed within a certain period of time. For both the implementation and the follow-up we are on-site presence for training and advice.
Besides that we will be able to install various equipment and machines to pack your articles, VANDENBERG also offer you the option to pack your articles for you against low cost with our equipment and to deliver shelf-ready. In such a case you are averse investments beforehand. Request a quote.
